Rick Beaubouef | Founder and General Manager

Born in Houston, Rick has been in the swimming pool industry for over 20 years. Having worked in the world's largest swimming pool markets, he has developed his skills and gained experience through maintaining and repairing thousands of different swimming pools. He participates in regular continuing education, supports local legislation to protect swimming pool owners and gives his knowledge away freely. He is the Treasurer of the Austin Chapter for the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, Treasurer of the Aquatic Professionals Education Council, a Licensed Residential Appliance Installer, Certified Pool Operator and Certified Service Professional by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. He has received certificates for Basic and Intermediate Water Chemistry, Chlorination Facts and Pool Equipment from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association.

Jeremiah Christianson | Route Manager

An Austin, TX native, Jeremiah has been with Easy Pools since May 2009 and has brought much added value to Easy Pools clients and employees. Since I was a teenager I have been involved in almost every kind of labor work, ranging from lawn mowing to roofing to construction, I have done everything in between. At 18, I entered the swimming pool industry and have been here almost ever since. I started out as a route tech cleaning pools and have moved into division management where my job tasks include: sales, budget, quality control, meetings, service, repairs and overseeing employees.  Jeremiah is a Certified Pool Operator and has certificates from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) for Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment. Jeremiah is also a licensed Residential Appliance Installer.

Jonathan Erikson | Service Manager

Jonathan was born in Black River Falls, WI and moved with his family to Texas where he was introduced to the pool industry at the ripe age of 15. Jonathan has been working very closely with Easy Pools since he moved here to Austin four and half years ago. In 2011, Jonathan became our full-time service/repair department manager. “I was learning to clean pools before I could even drive! Sixteen years later, I am still loving this industry more and more. Such incredible technology being developed everyday. I’m thrilled to be a part of it…”  Jonathan has extensive, in-detail knowledge with the majority of all major industry vendors and their products and has a great history in service communication and service management. Jonathan is also a licensed Residential Appliance Installer.

Graeme Farrow | Route Technician

Graeme was born in Manchester, England and has been with Easy Pools since October 2007. He is a Certified Pool Operator and has received certificates from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) for Basic and Intermediate Water Chemistry, Pool Equipment and Chlorination Facts. Previously, he was a heavy equipment operator in California where he managed projects and employees. He chose the pool industry for its flexible hours, outdoor work environment and its unlimited earning potential.

Michael Kyle | Route Technician

Michael was born in Riverside, CA and joined Easy Pools in October 2009. Being the son of a "pool man", Michael's experience includes servicing pools in California and Texas the past 10 years. He is a Certified Pool Operator and has a certificate from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) for Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment.

Jamie Powers | Route Technician

Jamie was born in Joplin, MO and joined Easy Pools in October 2008. He came to Austin to pursue his career and earn his degree in music. Previously, Jamie was a "pool man" in Missouri. He is a Certified Pool Operator and has a certificate from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association for Basic and Intermediate Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment.

Josh Christianson | Route Technician

Joshua Christianson was born in Austin, TX. He joined Easy Pools, LLC as a route technician. "In the past I have held many position in the food service industry including Chef, Server, and Bar Manager. I later moved into the golf business and worked as a course pro for about three years. I have recently transferred into the pool and spa industry. I look forward to continuing my education in this field an becoming a valuable asset to the company." Joshua has certificates from the Independent Pool and Spa Association for Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment.

Margie Dean | Office Manager

Margie was born in New York City and joined Easy Pools in January 2011. Margie's primary functions are to answer and dispatch calls as they come through, resolve issues on billing and overall customer service, in which she has decades of experience in.  "While I was growing up I lived in New York, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Connecticut. While living in Salt Lake City I got a job working in the accounting department for Cover Pools, Inc., and worked there for 14 years. In that time I became very aware of the pool industry and pool safety. I also loved working with people and making sure they have a great experience with their service provider. I have three grown sons who have made me very proud. I moved to Austin 11 years ago because two of them live here. In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking and making flower arrangements. Easy Pools has been a great company to work for. If you ever need anything just give me a call."
