Jeremiah Christianson

Route Manager

An Austin, TX native, Jeremiah has been with Easy Pools since May 2009 and has brought much added value to Easy Pools clients and employees. Since I was a teenager I have been involved in almost every kind of labor work, ranging from lawn mowing to roofing to construction, I have done everything in between. At 18, I entered the swimming pool industry and have been here almost ever since. I started out as a route tech cleaning pools and have moved into division management where my job tasks include: sales, budget, quality control, meetings, service, repairs and overseeing employees. Jeremiah is a Certified Pool Operator and has certificates from the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association (IPSSA) for Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment. Jeremiah is also a licensed Residential Appliance Installer.

Joe Hernandez

Project Manager

Joe Hernandez brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to Easy Pools. Joe owned and managed operations for large pool service companies in Houston for 13 years and knows the value of personalized service. He then built and renovated pools in Austin for a few years before moving back to Houston to work as a Manufacturer Sales Rep who's territory covered Texas, Arkansas. Oklahoma and Louisiana. He has an extensive background in commercial pool repairs and service, residential construction and renovation, and is proud to be a Project Manager for Easy Pools. He has the ability to help you solve your pool's needs, both large and small.

Jonathan Erickson

Service Manager

Jonathan was born in Black River Falls, WI and moved with his family to Texas where he was introduced to the pool industry at the ripe age of 15. Jonathan has been working very closely with Easy Pools since he moved here to Austin four and half years ago. In 2011, Jonathan became our full-time service/repair department manager."I was learning to clean pools before I could even drive! Sixteen years later, I am still loving this industry more and more. Such incredible technology being developed every day. I'm thrilled to be a part of it" Jonathan has extensive, in-detail knowledge with the majority of all major industry vendors and their products and has a great history in service communication and service management. Jonathan is also a licensed Residential Appliance Installer.

Josh Christianson

Lead Route Technician

Joshua Christianson was born in Austin, TX. He joined Easy Pools, LLC as a route technician. "In the past I have held many position in the food service industry including Chef, Server, and Bar Manager. I later moved into the golf business and worked as a course pro for about three years. I have recently transferred into the pool and spa industry. I look forward to continuing my education in this field an becoming a valuable asset to the company." Joshua has certificates from the Independent Pool and Spa Association for Water Chemistry and Pool Equipment.

Portland Musser

Repair Technician

Portland joined us after coming off the road with his band and settling in Austin, TX. Portland has a background in security system instillation and team management. He has strong customer service skills and strong work ethic. He is currently working on various swimming pool chemistry certifications and his Residential Appliance Installers License.

Dan Badillo

Route Technician

Daniel was born and bred in Texas. He has called the Austin area his home for more than 10 years. He is a 31 year old father of 2, who has been married to his mean 'ole lady for 13 years. Daniel is a jack of all trades who is meticulously skilled with his hands and after personally putting forth the effort to prepare his kids for their first day of school, he is looking for new ways to serve his fellow man. Trust, integrity, and commitement are the building blocks he utilizes to construct lasting relationships. It is a meaningful relationship that matters most.

Joseph Barney

Route Technician

I have been in the engineering semiconductor business since I was 19. I recently switched to Easy Pools at the recommendation of a close friend and family member in the pool industry. I love hard work and staying busy. I also admire loyality and integrity. My father always said if you want something done, give it to a busy man. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, riding my motorcycle, staying fit, and playing sports. I have enjoyed my time and experience with Easy Pools since I started and I look forward to my future with this company.

Charlie Aguirre

Route Technician

Hello, my name is Charlie Aguirre. I'm 29 years old. I have a beautiful wife named Jessica a 6-month-old son name Bear. Before coming to work for Easy Pools I was working in the culinary industry as a chef at several high-end restaurants around the Austin area. I enjoy working at Easy Pools and I take a lot of pride in my work. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and cooking for my loved ones. With my time working at Easy Pools I would like to learn as much as I can and get the experience I need to move in the industry. I would like to thank all of our customers for choosing our company. Nick Palmer

Route Technician

Hello my name is Nick Palmer I'm 24 I graduated from Lake Travis high school , I have a little sister a mother and a brand new puppy and with that said I am very family oriented and with this company easy pools I have realized that this is one big family which fits me like a glove. I have worked with easy pools for about seven months now and I've got to say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for the pool industry is much larger than I have ever expected. I have learned many things like the water chemical composition , Flow rate and how to find out how much water is in a pool. Leah Favela

Office Manager

Leah was born in San Francisco, but having lived in Austin for the last thirteen years now considers herself a Texan. Leah comes to us straight from teaching kindergarten at a Montessori school in downtown Austin. "I realized my third year into teaching that, though I absolutely loved the children, the bureaucracy of teaching was exhausting. So far, I am absolutely amazed by how much I enjoy my new job. I spend a lot of time outside of work thinking about my job; ways to making billing more efficient, better ways to organize records, how to make customers even happier with our service. I find that I truly enjoy thinking about ways to make our company better and I like coming to work every day. I never thought I would enjoy an office job so much!" Leah is in charge of invoicing, billing, and overall customer service. If you ever have a question about anything, she is the person to call. If she can't answer your question, she will quickly connect you with the person who can.

Laura Ricciardi

Book Keeper

A native Texan with small town roots, Laura moved to the Austin metro area in May 2000. Since 1996, she has worked in various accounting capacities for CPAs, homebuilders, & an apartment management company. An "organizer of numbers", she enjoys telecommuting as the bookkeeper for Easy Pools, a position she has held since March of 2013.

Karissa Barragan

Book Keeper

Karissa was born in College Station, but moved to Austin after high school to attend The University of Texas. She graduated in 2005 with a BS in Public Relations and a minor in Business Foundations. She went to work at Dell after college, and then worked as a restaurant manager, caterer, and preschool teacher. She spends most of her time entertaining her 1 year-old daughter, but enjoys applying her business skills part-time as the bookkeeper for Easy Pools.
